Phillis R. Zvenyika (LLB (Hon); LLM UZ)
Founder
She is the co-founder and Principal of Muchirewesi & Zvenyika Legal Practitioners which was established in January 2016. Phillis is a registered legal practitioner and conveyancer. She attained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours degree and a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Zimbabwe.
She began her career as a Public Prosecutor at Harare Magistrates Court in 2008 where she gained vast experience in criminal law and litigation. She then moved to private practice in 2011 and her areas of practice include but not limited to civil and criminal litigation; drafting and interpretation of legal documents and agreements; family law; real estate law; commercial and labour law.

A dedicated and results-driven legal practitioner with a strong expertise in Conveyancing, Commercial Law, Property Law, Deceased Estates and Family Law with a client-centred approach and a commitment to excellence.
Provides tailored legal solutions that protects property rights and advance clients’ interests. Having a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in property transactions, estate administration, business contracts and family disputes-hence prides herself on delivering clear, practical advise that makes a meaningful difference.
Works closely with individuals, families and companies in providing legal guidance and solutions tailored to the needs, with a strong focus on clear communication and comprehensive legal guidance.
Known for meticulous negotiation skills. Whether navigating the transfer of properties, Family Trust Registration, settling estates, resolving commercial issues or guiding families through difficult transitions, she remains a reliable Advocate committed to achieve the best possible outcome for all.

Desire Chidanire Mupudzi (LLB Hons, UZ; LLM Constitutional and Electoral Law, UZ)
Associate
Desire Chidanire Mupudzi, a legal practitioner and Associate has extensive experience in criminal law, labour law, constitutional and electoral law, civil litigation, notarial practice, and conveyancing.
He began his career as a Public Prosecutor, where he developed a strong foundation in criminal law and courtroom advocacy. Over the years, he has grown into a well rounded legal professional, representing a diverse range of clients, from individuals to organizations, including churches and educational institutions.
In addition to LLB (Hons), he holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional and Electoral Law, which has deepened his understanding of governance, human rights, and democratic processes. This academic background, combined with practical experience, allows him to provide insightful legal advice and representation tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In addition to practicing law, Desire also serves on the legal team of the Anglican Church, Diocese of Harare, and is passionate about educating the next generation of church leaders as a Lecturer in Canon Law and Church Governance at the Anglican National Theological College (Bishop Gaul College). He serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Board at St John’s Chikwaka High School and as Advisory Board Member of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches, where he contributes to advancing social and community development.
